I don't think so as DirectX 10 is Windows Vista exclusive, and fully using MB of RAM under an x86 platform isn't possible due to the bit adressing limitation of the platform.
In theory, you can only use a total of MB of RAM on an x86 system, but your video-card use some of the adressing. If you have a MB video card, MB of memory allocation adressing is used, and you will only be able to use 3. This issue is irrelevant to the Operatin System, but to the physical platform itself. And you know how much ram my mb Nvidia graffic card takes from the northbridge? And the system it's more stabble.
